§74-38. Commission to file copies of bylaws with Department of Environment and Natural Resources

(a), (b) Repealed by Session Laws 1973, c. 1262, s. 33.

(c) In accordance with Article V(i) of the Compact, the Commission shall file copies of the bylaws and any amendments thereto with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources.
