§143B-437. Investigation of impact of proposed new and expanding industry

The Department of Commerce shall conduct an evaluation in conjunction with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources of the effects on the State's natural and economic environment of any new or expanding industry or manufacturing plant locating in North Carolina.
