§143B-114. John Motley Morehead Memorial Commission - reports

The John Motley Morehead Commission shall submit to the Secretary of Cultural Resources an annual report of its activities, holdings, and finances, including an audit of its accounts by a certified public accountant. In the event such annual report is not received by the Secretary, or if the report indicates that there is no further need for the Commission, the Secretary of Cultural Resources is authorized to recommend to the next General Assembly the abolition of the Commission.
