§143-289. Contributions from certain counties and municipalities authorized; other grants or donations

The boards of county commissioners of the Counties of Granville, Vance and Warren and the municipalities within these counties are authorized and empowered in their discretion to make annual contributions to the Department of Environment and Natural Resources for the purpose of defraying the necessary expenses of operation and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources is authorized and empowered to accept grants or donations from any interested citizens or from any State or federal agency.
