§106-531. Discrimination prohibited; restriction on use of funds

  • The Authority shall not permit:

    (1)        Any discrimination against the sale, on any of the markets under their control, of any farm product because of type of operator or area of production.

    (2)        The use of any of its funds for any purpose other than for the support, necessary expansion, and operation of this State marketing system, or the use of any of its funds to establish any retail market or to build or furnish more than one market in any town.
